I have attempted to lose weight and tone up the normal way by working out without any supplements for a couple of years, but I never could discipline myself to hit the gym regularly and consistently. I realized that my problem was in not seeing results. It seemed pointless for me to workout hard, 2x a week and not see the results I wanted.
Then, I thought about taking a dietary supplement that would stimulate a desire to workout and would enhance my workout so that I could see results quickly. After much research among the many brands of supplemtents and workout enhancers, I came across Hydroxycut Hardcore. What really appealed to me was that body builders used this to lean down and tone up quickly.
I purchased the item and on the very first day I noticed a complete difference in my metabolism and way of eating. I was excited because I could feel my body kick into overdrive. I decided to try it out in a workout, and let me tell you that I had never sweated that much in my whole life in such a short amount of time. The thermogenesis was definetely there. And the best part, I was so motivated to continue, that I quickly began to enjoy going to the gym. Plus, I began to see results within the first week!! That motivated me even more to continue the program.
It has now been a month since I began to take these capsules, and I look completely different! My body actually is beginning to tone up and I have bought a new wardrobe to show off my body. It feels so good to walk around with a tight muscle shirt and not have to suck in your stomach and hide your love handles. My whole lifestyle has changed. My eating habits are different and it actually feels good to eat healthy foods!! I never thought that I would be so into fitness, but I guess when you look into a mirror and you see muscles on your body getting toned, it encounrages you to continue and fully develop them. These pills definetely helped meet my goals!!
One thing worth mentioning is that the dose progressively increases and may be too much for some people. I had problems when my heart rate increased when I took 3 capsules at a time, 2x daily (max recommended doseage). I went back to 2 capsules a day, 2x daily and I have felt great. The good thing about Hydroxycut is that you can lower the dosage if you cannot handle the indicated dosage and still see results!
This is no miracle drug. It is simply a capsule that assists you if you assist yourself into becoming healthier.

I found Hydroxycut Hardcore to be one of the best weight loss products out there that can help you lose weight. Note that the keyword here is "help". I've previously used Xenadrine and Ripped Fuel (or whatever it's called) and feel I got the most out of Hydroxycut.
Do remember that any weight-loss drugs are "supplements", not miracle cures. To REALLY lose weight, I say you run and lift every day for at least two hours (On average, I went for three) and COMPLETELY change up your diet (Eat a good-sized meal at the start of your day and gradually decrease the portion size by the end). Since last summer, while adhering to a strict diet and going to the gym every night after work and on my days off, I've lost 60+ lbs with the help of Hydroxycut and other similar products (Currently 163 lbs.).
It is certainly true that you shouldn't use the pills 5 hours before you go to sleep or else you'll be up until sunrise.
The bottom line: Hydroxycut Hardcore WILL give you the energy you need to have an effective workout, but it's up to you on HOW you will use that energy.

My husband and I are both using this product. It works wonders as long as you follow the directions.
Neither one of us have any signigicant preexsisting health problems. My husband has been on it for 2 weeks and he has already lost 8 lbs. (He is also working out and cutting back on his fatty foods as well)
Myself I am losing the weight slower, because I don't have time to work out like he does. But this pill does give you energy boost, without the shakyness of ephedra. (Or adipex for that matter)

its great for people who go to the gym alot. it takes your hunger away so you eat less and by exercising intensely you'll burn more calories then you consume in the day. BAD idea for people who DONT go to the gym. I recommend taking it with vitamins, because by eating less you wont consume some necessary nutrients

The product does work if you folow the directions. Side effects are something that your body will adjust to gradually. I have been on it for 4 weeks and have lost 23 pounds on it so far. It helps you prolong your workouts.
