Product Description The SLOMO ball is perfect for so many exercises! Sqeeze it between your legs for an awesome inner thigh burn! Use it in your situps for perfect form and extra resistance! This fitness ball, unlike others, does NOT need the additional purchase of a mini-pump. The SLOMO ball comes with a straw for easy and convenient inflating. This ball would be perfect for travel! Use slightly deflated as a soft prop under your head, neck, feet, back etc. .

Very functional exercise tool May 31, 2008 P. Cannon (Big Pine Key, Florida United States) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
This is a good little ball for the price, you really can't beat it. It is a softer more pliable material then the big balls, almost a little tacky so it sticks in place well. This simple little ball placed at the lower back makes for a very isolated crunch saving the lower back yet working the abs even harder. Also great just to use between your knees pressing in and out while watching TV for a more passive workout. Great little workout tool that I highly recommend!
Great for Abs! May 15, 2008 Jessica Lyn E. Hirsch (Chesapeake VA) We have these balls at our gym and I LOVE them! I was thrilled to be able to order one and for cheap! It came quickly also. Great product!
Slo-Mo is my friend! September 2, 2008 mtk (Boston, MA USA) I use a slo-mo for Pilates but bought one for myself because my back became quite if-fy and my Pilates teacher showed me how to lie on it and move my lower back/upper pelvis clockwise, slowly, breathing with pilate breaths to help. It did. I now find many uses for Slo-Mo. It sits behind my back making me sit up properly while watching a DVD or even sitting out in the sun. I hug it to me for comfort as I sleep. Oh, yes, I do love my Slo-Mo! Don't fill it all the way to make it work well. Use it between your knees in table-top to do twists in yoga or for a pilates bridge. I'm sure there are a zillion more things to do with it.
Rehabilitation ball August 1, 2008 Lene Jensen (McLean, Virginia United States) I got this ball for rehabilitation of my neck after being diagnosed with Thoracic Outlet Syndrome. It is a bit on the small side, and I feel I cannot fill it enough with air. I think part of that problem is that I am not supposed to fill the ball completely, thus when the airplug is plugged, some air escapes, and it feels a bit underfilled. I like the straw, but it's a little fiddley. The ball does its job, though, helping my neck getting stronger.
