I've only used this mat once but I really love it. It stays in place wonderfully and it's big enough for me to lay down during some stretches and still keep my head on the mat. It doesn't slip and it's wide enough too. I would highly suggest it for yoga or pilates, even for sit-ups and exercise at home. I also love the color!

This is my first yoga mat and I am very pleased with it so far--it's durable, has just enough cushioning and it is very non-slip. The mat is a fantastic value for the price!
Good Quality with Good Price July 4, 2008
I saw the reviews before buying it. When I got it, I didn't feel the smell is that strong as the people said (my nose is as good as dogs :P) Never move when I exercise on it! For the size, I would like to order a wider one. Length is just about good.
