As advertised but be careful November 28, 2008 SARG (Upstate New York) 7 out of 7 found this review helpful
The massager works as stated but the heat is very low and if you're not careful I believe the "machine" can bruise your neck ....... it felt like it did just that to mine.
effective neck massager but noisy and no width adjustment December 10, 2008 I. Liu 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
I just got the massager and it seems to work ok. My main complaints are the whirring noise that it makes and the fact that there's no neck size adjustment so if you have a man's collar size of 15 1/2 - 16" like myself, it may feel a little too tight. But, I'm keeping it just the same and I'll keep using it but not too snugly against my neck. Just realized the heat doesn't seem very effective at all if it's even working.
Conair Neck Massager January 6, 2009 Jen (NJ) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This massager technically does the job, but I suggest looking for something else. It starts to hurt after awhile, since it just rolls around in the same spot the whole time. It is also louder than other massagers I have seen, and the noise gets annoying pretty quickly.
