i needed this frame for my nephew's Christmas present. i ordered and paid for it. it did not arrive by the date promised. i phoned and inquired about it. as it turned out it was delivered on the date promised to another house several miles from mine. as luck would have it, the guy knew of me and i was able to get the frame in time. the frame was excellent. the present turned out fantastic. the customer service came in when the owner of the company phoned me. he was upset, naturally, that i had to do my own searching for the frame and had to rely on the good morals of an acquaintance. he wanted to assure me that he would be taking the matter up with the delivery service. to receive a phone call from the owner of the company and that owner being so nice was really an experience that you do not hear of very often these days. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND ITS PRODUCTS !!!

I purchased these frames after much consideration. 11 X 17 prints must often be custom framed. Purchasing these saved me a lot of money. The quality is nice and they look great hanging in my office. I am very satisfied.

This frame size was impossible to find in stores. This one was perfect for the Morrissey poster I got at the concert. Good craftmanship, nothing fancy but still looks great, and a great price.

This product came relatively quick and was packaged really well. Being a glass frame I did have my apprehensions but not to worry this company knows what it's doing when it comes to protection.
