I got this as a gift for my 60yr old parents. I loaded it up with family photos onto a flash card and gave it to them as a gift. Easy enough to figure out and use on my end. Simply take the flash card and plug it into the Sungale digital frame. Poof! - like magic, your images instantly appear on the display. No programming, no fussing, truly plug and play.

Bought this frame on sale for $60 about a month or so ago, but I have had no problems whatsoever. The picture is clear and bright. The remote works well. An excellent frame at a rather affordable price. A great price on a great frame!

This is an excellent product in its range. Features are very good, specially fact that it also plays video files as well and even supports USB flash drives also. Will, suggest to buy this product, worth for its Price.
Excellent photo frame, especially for the price December 29, 2008

This frame is the best priced frame with the most options. Initially, I didn't have to change any sizes on the photos. There was only one shot that I had of my son where his head was toward the top of the photo that was cut off. So I resized all of my photos for optimal viewing. I'm not sure but I believe I may have used 452 pixels for the best view on one side and let the sizing feature of my program match the other side.
The only thing I didn't like and this is just me - the slideshow function is soo sloooow. However, I created my own slideshow and was able to be viewed through the movie option. I wish I could have gotten one for myself but the stock was emptied and I opted to get two for family. Get one, you won't be sorry.
 Cut off the picture December 8, 2008

Frame looked nice and performed well. After loading pictures into the frame it cut the top and bottom off most pictures. If rotated 90 degrees the picture was the way it should appear only now it was orientated wrong. E-mailed Sungale and no response. So I returned the frame.
