Protecting your grill is important if you leave it outside all the time. This is by far the best grill cover we have had. It is easy to put over the grill, the velcro straps keep it from flying off, it fits the Genesis S-320 perfectly, and it is heavyweight. Recommended, definitely!

This cover is very high grade and fits my Weber grill perfectly. Be sure to get the right cover for your model grill. It's a great value for the price.

I purchased the Weber 9985 Grill Cover because I thought it was the correct one for my Weber Spirit E-310 gas grill. The Weber website didn't list any covers specifically for the Spirit E-310, so I went with looking at the pictures of the grill covers they had on the website. I failed to read the little accessory book that came with my grill until after I ordered it (naturally).
Upon reading the accessory booket, I learned that the correct grill cover listed in that booklet for the Spirit E-310 gas grill is a Weber 9935 Premium Cover.
In any event, the Weber 9985 Grill cover was everything the other reviewers said, and even though it is not the one Weber lists for the Spirit E-310 grill, it does in fact fit perfectly. One would never know it wasn't the right cover for the grill.

This grill cover is very well made. My old Weber grill cover was almost seven years old. It was still in good condition when I recently sold the grill.
My grill sits outside 24x7, 365 days a year in western NY in a south facing exposure. The cover takes a beating from sun, rain, ice and snow. If this cover lasts as long as my old one, I'll be very happy. Based on the similar construction, I think it will.

These vinyl-like covers from Weber are designed to protect your grill from the elements. You just don't want water, snow, ice, etc. to collect in your grill and prolonged sun exposure might fade the finishes. This cover drapes over the entire grill and keeps the bad stuff out. Prior to purchasing this cover, I had a smaller cover by Weber that seemed to have been made from the exact material as this one. After 8 years, it was still going strong; not a single rip in it (might have faded just slightly)! I stopped using it only because I bought a larger grill and needed a new cover. I have no doubt this cover will be equally as durable. It's hard to imagine a better quality product. The only misgiving about the cover is that it is quite bulky. It's easy to take off but harder to put it back on -- kinda like putting a fitted sheet over a big mattress by yourself. Also, when you take it off, it takes up an unseemly chunk of room on the ground next to the grill. (It'd be great for Weber to develop an area on the grill to store the cover.) Would definitely recommend nonetheless.
