Editorial Reviews:
Product Description The Bradley Smoker Flavor Bisquettes are the secret to the flavors created with the Bradley Smoker . To produce the bisquettes, hardwood chippings are bound together using precise quantities, at controlled pressures and densities. The flavor of the smoke is determined by the variety of wood being burned.

Great Flavor! October 17, 2007 C. Forester 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
We used the Bradley Hickory Bisquettes to smoke two chickens in our new Bradley Smoker, Stainless Steel. It was the first time we had used our smoker and the chickens that we smoked tasted amazing. The bisquettes gave a lot of smoke flavor and worked totally up to our expectations. Great product!
makes great smoke August 22, 2007 L. D. COSTA (Dillon Montana) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
the bradley smoker with the bradley chips work great and give all the smoke you need and more without worrying of the smoke dying out...
Want some good bbq ribs...anyone? April 14, 2008 W.Wong (Glendale, AZ United States) I made some bbq baby back ribs shortly after I got the smoker. I used my usual recipe for ribs just to see if the flavor is better than smoking in the gas grill. I have to say these bisquettes delivered flavor as promised. I smoked the ribs for 4 hours then grilled them lightly on the gas grill before serving; they tasted like coming from the restaurant. I took the leftovers to work and they were gone in minutes. A great product beside the costs... I guess it is worth it afterall.
