| Customer Reviews: Awesome! January 3, 2008 L. Connelly (Texas) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
We've owned one other Pajama Sam game - something about being afraid of the dark - but we've lost the cd. When my 8 yr old mentioned replacing the game for her Christmas present, I searched to see what I could find. I couldn't find Darkness, but came across this two-pack. These games are GREAT! If you are a Pajama Sam fan, I would highly recommend adding these to your collection - if you are new to Pajama Sam, don't delay your purchase.
Pajama Sam PC Games January 18, 2008 J. Edley (Knoxville, TN USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I am playing the Pajama Sam games with my 3 year old granddaughter and I played them with her 12 year old brother when he was her age! This tells you that they are great games, educational, great graphics and sound, and have been around for a long time now. There is much to be learned if you work with a young child, while at the same time, they are fun and hold the child's interest. I rate Pajama Sam games at the top for young children.
Educational without knowing it November 27, 2009 College Books (Texas, USA) I purchased these products for my daughter when she was a very young toddler, that was eleven years ago. I continue using Pajama Sam in my classroom with only one copy of each software. I expanded my library by purchasing more Pajama Sam. I teach second grade with Pajama Sam assisting in teaching problem solving skills, listening skills. P.S. allows children to pay attention to details without them ever realizing they are learning new skills. I get a lot of enjoyment watching the children become successful with the smiles on their faces and the pride in their accomplishments year after year. P.S. is a very nice reward for those children who are deserving of free time. P.S. isn't a piece of software that is finished with in one setting. P.S. is a worry free kid-safe software which I plan on using for many more years to come to assist in educating the little ones.
good games for kids July 1, 2009 Taylor Goss 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
My 5-year old son loves all of the pajama sam games. I was worried this game wouldn't work under vista, but no problems. Not as good as the original pajama sam, but still good family fun.
Doesn't measure up to "Thunder & Lightning" Pajama Sam January 7, 2008 C. Getsinger 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
We have had years of fun with "Thunder and Lighting Aren't So Frightening" by Pajama Sam, replaying it. "Life is Rough" was difficult to figure out, not giving logical clues to know where to find things or solve problems. The kids do not want to replay it. "You Are What You Eat" was a bit better with more educational aspects, but they finished it and did not want to play it again either. They broke out their old favorite "Thunder and Lightning" instead. Disappointing, because I wanted to try to find them something new that gave them the same amount of enjoyment. Kids are ages 6 and 10, boy and girl.
