So Cool! February 27, 2008 Marcy L. Murphy 7 out of 7 found this review helpful
This software is awesome for kids who really want to learn to type or parents looking for help teaching their kids. It makes learning fun and easy. My son and I both love it and he was faster and more accurate after the first lesson. One recommendation, don't let your kids skip ahead to the games that are above their skill level because, if their like mine, it will just cause frustration.
Spongebob Typing program is a great one! January 9, 2008 Heather Collins (Hazard, KY) 6 out of 6 found this review helpful
When I first opened this program, I was afraid it may be too hard for a beginning typist. Fortunately, once I worked through it, I found where the beginning skills practice was located. There are several levels available and even though some levels are pretty advanced, my 7 year old son enjoyed watching me use my typing skills to attempt to get a high score. I think it motivated him to try to develop his skills. I would recommend this product to others because all children in this day and time need to learn proper typing skills and since Spongebob is such a popular character, it is great for motivation!
Makes a boring activity fun February 19, 2008 Mom (CT USA) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
With this product I was finally able to get my daughter to learn to type. It makes a boring and tedious subject fun to learn.
Fun for learning typing May 14, 2008 Leslie Blount (Addison, IL United States) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
My 9 year old son really likes to learn typing with this program. There are two modes. One teaches typing step by step and the other is just for fun. It is best if they do the step by step first so they learn all the letters. If they don't, they can still play the games, but it is a little more difficult. Great program for kids since today everyone needs to learn keyboarding!
Great Practice for Kids! September 16, 2008 S. White 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
This program is fun and challenging with different levels to master. My son has some fine motor skill issues and needs to learn typing in his computer classes at school. He was struggling last year, but has been practicing over the summer and just got his first A in a type to learn program for his computer grade. His younger sisters are also learning where the letters are located on the keyboard by playing some of the beginning games that help you get familiar with their location. I'm very pleased with this product!
