The XAct XS022 satellite radio home kit gives you everything you need to install the XAct XTR1 plug-and-play satellite receiver (sold separately) in the comfort of your living room. Once the kit and the tuner are combined, you'll have access to Sirius' 120 channels of satellite programming, which includes dozens of music stations along with sports, entertainment, talk, weather, and a host of other channels. Best of all, 65 of the channels are completely commercial-free. The kit comes with a docking cradle with line-level RCA audio outputs, along with a patch cord that connects to your home stereo receiver via its 3.5 mm input jack. Also along for the ride is a home satellite antenna with a 19.75-foot cord and an AC adapter to power your Sirius tuner. The bundle comes with XAct's standard one-year warranty. DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY. The products are poor, the repairs are poorer and the customer service is non existant. They will not refund anything, even if your product dies twice in the first 9 weeks.

I love satellite radio but I would be cautious about buying an Xact unit. Xact products carry a 12 month warranty. At exactly 13 months the unit stopped working. Xact customer service informed me they were no longer responsible for the unit. Before buying this product search the web and you will find many "13 month" stories. Instead, I would suggest buying directly from Sirius.

Unfortunately, it is not. I bought the Xact unit in June 2005 and it worked marginally at best until early September 2005 when it completely stopped working. After wrangling with their horrible customer service staff for countless hours, they finally replaced the unit after more than a month. My second one worked for 6 weeks. I can say with all certainty that this is the worst product I've ever purchased and the worst service I've ever received.

This product is a disaster.if you buy this product it is guaranteed that on the 13th month it will stop working...even if you put it in a dock and never touch it you only use the remote control it will not last longer than a year... worst customer service ever...i use mine for one year and can never use it again...be careful when buying this product...
