The combination of the pin, located in the middle of the Allen screw and the special Cruiser key makes it impossible to remove the screws with any other wrench. These locking fasteners are available in Standard Stainless Steel to fit most domestic vehicles, and Metric Stainless Steel for most import vehicles. One set of four locking fasteners with Allen key included.

I bought these in combination with some Cruiser chrome plate frames for their look and the security factor. Wisconsin winters and our liberal road salt applications will put the stainless steel to the test. Make sure your car license plate holder will accept this size.

These fasteners are well made and will provide secure solution to keep your license plate and frame away from would be thieves. My only issue with the bolts were they were too long and had to be cut to length.
