I bought this for my kids ages 10, 8, and 5. They love it! It provides hours of entertainment. Even my older nieces ages 17 and 21 enjoy it. It does require some care. As other reviews reccommend, I drain it and then blow it up to dry off in the sun for about 20-30 min, then I towel dry it before rolling it up and putting it away. I have had it since the beginning of July and so far it hasn't needed any repairs.

After reading all the reviews about the Sidewinder, I was a little skittish, but I took a chance and ordered it. It arrived in a box that looked a little worse for the wear, but the slide, blower and other toys were well packaged and no damage. It took less than 15 minutes to set up the first time and in less than 20 minutes total my 5 year old, his two cousins and I were having a great time. That was over a month ago and it's been used almost daily since then. We are the party place of the neighborhood and the slide is showing no signs of giving up. My only complaint, or comment more like, is that I wish it had come with more than one body board. The kids have a blast with that and it's a full time job getting them to share. But all in all, I'm glad I went with the Sidewinder.
I haven't needed to call customer service, so I can't speak to that issue. However, there is a very large print customer service number printed right on the slide, so I can only hope that if I have need, that it will prove as friendly as the slide.

All I can say is Wow!!! I purchased one of these for my kids. I could not think of a better use for my stimulus check! I can't keep my kids off of this thing. I was very impressed by how this item was put together. I look forward to many years of summer fun. It will take forever for my kids to outgrow this thing...it's huge! My son's birthday party is in 2 weeks and I am sure this will be the hit of the party...we are already the hit of the neighborhood! Pick one up...you will love it!

I purchased this after thoroughly reviewing this and it has met my expectations and then some!! It is worth the money spent. I have 2 children 4 & 6 and they cannot spend enough time on this. Their friends have come over continuously and the adults have had their fair share of fun!

We have a 11, 9, and 3 years old. They love it; especially our 3 year old. We've had it for over a month; and have left it out in the rain. The product ,so far, is holding up very well. Their friends love to come over. Renting a water slide for a couple of hours per day is about $200-$250. So, I figure that we saved money, if we could use this just 3 times. The only negative is that we have a dead patch of grass, when we put up the slide. It's really our fault, since we were too lazy to move the slide around.
