Product Description The LA MER Creme De La Mer is an intensive treatment to dramatically diminish the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, scars, blemishes & dark undereye discolorations, as well as strengthen and nourish eyelashes. The original formula was created Max Huber 35 years ago after 12 years and 6,000 experiments. Today, this same formulation is causing a literal frenzy as it's tens of thousands of loyal users extol its exciting virtues by word of mouth describing it as "the ultimate moisturizer of choice". Creme de la Mer may be the greatest moisturizing cream youll ever apply to your skin; hyper-rich in concentrated ingredients ranging from sea kelp, calcium, magnesium, potassium, iron, lecithin, Vitamins C, D, E and B12, plus oils of citrus, eucalyptus, wheat germ, alfalfa and sunflower. This is used as an ultimate finishing touch to any skincare program. The creme formula is highly recommended if your skin is particularly dry. How to apply: Due its rich concentration Creme Del La Mer should be warmed between the fingers or in your palm to emulsify prior to application (it breaks down the texture, making it easy to apply), then "patted or dabbed" around the delicate eye area and onto other dry skin areas of the face. Creme De La Mer is so concentrated a dime-sized dollop amount is plenty for beneath both eyes and entire face. The key to proper application is to apply Creme Del La Mer onto a "THOROUGHLY" dried skin surface. The molecules in this eye & face cream are encapsulated in a layer of specialized oil that will make it slide off wet skin. Warm a dollop in your palm to disintegrate the liquid crystals containing the healing waters. "Pat or dab" it on with the padded portion of your fingertips to fully unleash its miraculous powers.

Cheaper than dinner for two! January 10, 2007 L. Bower (L. Bower, CA) 11 out of 11 found this review helpful
Yes, it is about $100 for an ounce, but that should last you a few months... and this stuff really is amazing. I find it so funny that so many reviews obsess about how expensive this is. Yes, it cost more than a lot of creams, but $100 every few months for glowing skin is NOT much in my book. No one complains when people spend that much on their hair, and dinner with wine at a good restaurant is more expensive! I think my face is worth it. Be sure to use the spatula, and warm it between your fingers prior to application.
The very best, most luxurious cream for your skin February 15, 2005 Bevy McM (San Francisco, CA United States) 20 out of 24 found this review helpful
I was among the unbelievers before I tried this -- now I am a true disciple. The creme is unlike most other moisturizers -- it is rich with nutrients that truly feed the skin. When I use La Creme, it makes me look and feel at last 10 years younger than I am. Yes, it is quite expensive; however, unlike most other creams, a little bit goes a long way. And the results are definitely worth it!
Amazing- for any skin type. December 23, 2006 L. Roberson (Where the Girls are Pretty, US) 7 out of 7 found this review helpful
I was the kid who had horrible acne as a teenager and mild scarring as an adult. My hormones went wild after my daughter was born and this stuff was a miracle! The texture of my skin is perfect. I have people constantly say how gorgeous my skin is- then I have to confess that it's completely the La Mer. WELL worth the money- the 1 oz lasts about four months so really you're not paying anymore than you would for Clinique etc that doesn't get the job done. Invest in La Mer, give it a few months, and you'll have amazing skin.
Amazing!! December 28, 2007 Allison Stella (Aubrey, Texas USA) 7 out of 7 found this review helpful
I had third degree sun burn from the Texas sun off of the lake. My face blew up like a balloon. I looked like the elephant man and thought I would surely have a permanent scar. But with the use of La Mer my skin made it through and looked even better than it had before. It has also cleared up acne scars and left my pores far smaller. I know some say it is all hype, but there is truth in this pudding.

I've tried them all, and this one is the best. Been using it for four years now. I am a 37 year old guy and I pass for 30 all the time. I am surprised to say this crap really does work!
